Each class combines a variety of functional movements using both bodyweight and equipment, ensuring a challenging full-body workout.

HYROX

HYROX is a dynamic, instructor-led workout that focuses on simple, functional movements rather than complex techniques. Each session combines strength exercises with high-intensity cardio, such as running and rowing, creating a full-body workout that develops endurance, strength, athletic performance, and mental resilience.

HYROX is suitable for all fitness levels. Every workout can be scaled to match your individual fitness level, making it accessible whether you're just getting started or looking to take your training to the next level.

POWER CROSS

Power Cross is a high-intensity, functional workout that combines a variety of exercises and equipment into a challenging full-body training session. You'll train in a group environment, while performing each exercise at your own pace and fitness level. Our instructors will guide you through proper technique and provide support throughout the class, helping you train safely, effectively, and get the most out of every workout.

The workout is based on either repetitions or timed intervals, and you can easily adjust the resistance to match your own ability. Expect dynamic, powerful movements such as squats, push-ups, and lifts that build strength, endurance, coordination, and overall athletic performance.

Power Cross is perfect for anyone looking to improve their fitness, challenge themselves, and take their training to the next level with functional, results-driven workouts.

PILATES

Pilates is a mind-body exercise method developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century to promote overall strength, movement quality, and wellbeing. It effectively strengthens the deep core muscles, improves posture, and supports spinal health.

Pilates also enhances breathing technique, body awareness, balance, flexibility, and joint mobility, helping you build a strong, stable, and well-balanced body. The goal of Pilates is to improve the way your body moves, creating strength, flexibility, and better overall physical function.

STRETCH & MOBILITY

A calm, full-body class designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and recovery. Each session combines a variety of recovery techniques, including stretching, mobility exercises, and breathing exercises to help release tension, restore movement, and promote overall wellbeing.

Throughout the class, emphasis is placed on proper alignment and core activation, helping to improve posture, enhance movement quality, and reduce muscular tension. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class is an excellent way to support recovery, increase flexibility, and develop greater body awareness.
