Online Store Terms of Sale and Delivery
Ole.Fit Kamppi (Silveman Oy, Business ID: 3455427-1) ("the Online Store") sells products and services to private individuals and businesses in Finland and internationally. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as well as product prices at any time. All prices shown include Finnish value-added tax (VAT), where applicable.

Ordering
Products and services are ordered by adding them to the shopping cart on our website and completing the checkout process. By placing an order, you accept these Terms of Sale and Delivery, the applicable prices, and any delivery charges.
If you provide an email address when placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you by email. The confirmation includes the products or services ordered and the total price.
Payment and Payment Methods
Payments are processed by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions.
Paytrail Oyj will appear as the payment recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Plc is a licensed payment institution.
In the event of payment-related issues or complaints, please contact the supplier of the purchased product or service first.

Delivery
Orders can be collected from our reception during opening hours.
Products available in stock are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Products made to order are generally delivered within 1–3 weeks.
Delivery charges are determined by the selected delivery method, any additional services, and the size and weight of the order. All applicable delivery costs are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, the Online Store must be notified without delay and no later than 14 days after delivery. Any damage to the shipment should also be reported immediately to the carrier responsible for the delivery.
Order Cancellation and Complaints
Consumers have the right to cancel or return their purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by sending a written cancellation request by email.
If you have a complaint regarding your order, please contact our customer service.
Consumers are entitled to refer any unresolved disputes to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
